Methow Fresh is comprised of three partners who have each lived more than 20 years in and near the Methow Valley.
Gorden and Shane make up our chef team. Both are former Sun Mountain Lodge chefs, each with many years of experience in the culinary arts. They’re excited about continuing to make great food for their diners, while expressing their creativity and fully enjoying the culinary experience.
Outside our commercial kitchen, Court handles logistics and business operations. He wears many hats, so you’re likely to see him making deliveries and doing whatever else needs done.
