Bread coated in a mixture of brown sugar, butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla, spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg. Comes with blueberry compote topping for serving.

Stuffed Mushrooms
Our chefs fill mushroom caps with a mixture of cream cheese and spinach, seasoned to perfection, and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. When baked, they result in bites of wonderful flavor that will get everyone to the dinner table in a hurry.

Bacon Jalapeño Poppers
Fresh jalapeños are sliced in half and filled with a rich and creamy cheese & bacon filling, fully seasoned, and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese & crispy Panko topping. When baked, these poppers have a classic jalapeño flavor with just the right amount of spiciness, cheesiness, and smokiness for the most amazing bite.
(The pepper seeds and hottest parts are removed, but these poppers could still have a spicy bite!)

Pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, onions, black olives, our three-cheese blend, and our scratch-made pizza sauce
With our Italian Casserole, Methow Fresh serves up our own take on delicious pizza flavors, a casserole reminiscent of a crustless pizza in a dish! It’s gluten-free, and keto-friendly!
If you’d like to take it a step further, and fill out the veggie servings, you can add a bottom layer to your tray. An optional base of cauliflower or broccoli will still keep the carbs low. Or, you can try our yummy potato and cheese base (Contains egg).
You can customize your dish and tell us to hold any toppings you don’t want.

Italian Lasagna
A traditional dish using Italian pork sausage, layered with our three cheese blend, and house-made marinara sauce.
We make our lasagna a bit differently than you might be familiar with, as many Americans are used to all ground beef in their lasagna. But we use a nice Italian sausage for ours, and along with our scratch-made marinara sauce, it gives our lasagna a much more traditional flavor that’s rich and full.

Winthrop delivery: Daily between 4-5pm – Within about 3 mile radius of downtown Winthrop.
Twisp Delivery: Daily between 4:15-5pm – Within about 1.5 mile radius of Hank’s Market in Twisp.
